This semester, especially this past month has been AMAZING. just love. too tired to explain- it might not be necessary. Anyways,  guess who i met tonight??  ok i'll tell you:

Thinking...

Had a lovely dinner with a close friend tonight. This friend is wonderful for in-depth and heartfelt conversations, a quality that I treasure so I look forward to these interactions. Topics and stories flowed but some interesting take-aways revolved around the subject of human interaction. Perhaps this comes from being a student of social science and psychology, but human interaction is one of my favorite subjects.

"Loneliness is perhaps less an emotion and more an alarm- a signifier that something is wrong. Something vital that we as humans need order to thrive and survive- is missing."

I highly recommend a series on Hulu called "This Emotional Life" Check it out here.  It's absolutely wonderful. I find myself devouring these videos and learning remarkable things about emotional intelligence, experiential learning, and most importanly-myself.
